Juliette Buelow is the culinary nutrition expert behind all of our recipes.

A nutritionist with over 10 years of clinical and culinary experience, Juliette combines her deep understanding of nutritional science with a passion for food that truly tastes good, not just good for you.

She specialises in personalised nutrition, crafting meal plans and recipes tailored to individual needs, lifestyles, and health goals.

“At a young age, I had the privilege of gaining my first culinary experiences in the various restaurants owned by my father. My passion for cooking developed very early on and continued to grow in establishments such as the Bellevue Palace in Bern and the Baur au Lac in Zurich, where I eventually had the opportunity to learn and refine my craft.
Through numerous engagements in various restaurants and as a private chef, I was able to deepen my knowledge of classic Swiss cuisine, French haute cuisine, and international culinary trends.“

Her process:

  • Juliette starts by reviewing the latest research on personal nutrition, metabolic health, and the microbiome. She also analyses common challenges people face, like energy dips, poor digestion, or inflammation.

  • With every dish, Juliette carefully balances macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) — ensuring you get optimal nourishment without sacrificing taste.

  • Each ingredient is chosen with purpose — whether it’s turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties, fermented foods for gut support, or specific fibres for better digestion.

  • Juliette personally develops and tests each recipe, refining textures, flavours, and cooking methods so that every meal is both nutritionally beneficial and genuinely delicious.

  • Where possible, Juliette designs recipes with flexible ingredient swaps and variations, making it easy to adapt meals for vegan, gluten-free, low-FODMAP, or other dietary preferences.
